Our eco-friendly inks vividly capture every detail of your chosen location, providing a crisp, clean finish. Additionally, our localized printing in over 30 countries enables quicker delivery and significantly reduces our carbon footprint.

Shipping & Delivery

Our on-demand printing process means orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days, followed by a delivery time of 2-5 business days. You can expect to receive your package within 4-10 business days.

Once your package is with the carrier, we'll send you an email with the shipping details and your tracking number.

Our packages are shipped from print studios located throughout the United States, ensuring prompt delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses or Military Bases.

While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, currently we are unable to dispatch orders to multiple addresses in separate packaging. This policy helps us reduce excess packaging and waste, as part of our commitment to being more eco-friendly.

Orders

If you need to make changes, email us as soon as possible at hello@brushandbirdie.com. If the order hasn't been printed, we'll try our best to accommodate your request. Include your order number and the desired changes in your email.

First, check your spam folder for messages from @brushandbirdie.com. If it's not there, contact us at hello@brushandbirdie.com, and we'll resend it.

If your order arrived damaged, email us at hello@brushandbirdie.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, your order number, and your preference for a replacement or a refund.

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. It must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Once we inspect your return, we'll email you about the approval and process your refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to add a gift note to your order. We are aware that some customers would love to add an extra layer of personalization to their Brush & Birdie prints thanks to a gift note and we are working on finding the perfect solution, stay tuned!
