Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We can't deliver to PO boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Ordering from anywhere else? You'll find us on Etsy, which ships internationally: Brush & Birdie on Etsy.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every U.S. and Canadian order. No minimum.

Delivery times

Each print is made to order and ships within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days from the day you order.

Custom designs take 3–4 weeks from order to delivery.

During the holiday season, please allow a little extra time, and order by the date shown on our site for Christmas delivery.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@brushandbirdie.com with a photo. If it never arrives, send us your order number. Either way, we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
